Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a passionate ICT Support (m/f/d) 80–100% who wants to make a real impact in the sports industry. In this role, you will support our dynamic, international team, solve technical challenges, and ensure our IT systems run smoothly.

Your main tasks

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for IT infrastructure services (Service Desk)

• Monitor and manage IT systems including computers, servers, networks, and mobile devices

• Provide IT support for events, both remotely from HQ and on-site

• Maintain and update hardware and software inventory

• Organise and conduct user trainings on systems and tools

• Create and maintain system and user documentation

• Manage software updates and patch processes

• Support and contribute to IT infrastructure and digitalisation projects
  

Your profile

• You bring 2–4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role

• You completed a commercial apprenticeship and a further education in IT

• You are capable of supporting IT services in complex environments, analyse technical issues efficiently

• You have strong analytical skills and strong focus on quality, service excellence, and a client-first mindset

• You are approachable, reliable, and enjoy working with people

• You communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical users

• You hold relevant certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, or ISO or similar

• You are proficient in speaking and writing in English and German
