Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a passionate ICT Support (m/f/d) 80–100% who wants to make a real impact in the sports industry. In this role, you will support our dynamic, international team, solve technical challenges, and ensure our IT systems run smoothly.

Your main tasks
Provide 1st and 2nd level support for IT infrastructure services (Service Desk)
Monitor and manage IT systems including computers, servers, networks, and mobile devices
Provide IT support for events, both remotely from HQ and on-site
Maintain and update hardware and software inventory
Organise and conduct user trainings on systems and tools
Create and maintain system and user documentation
Manage software updates and patch processes
Support and contribute to IT infrastructure and digitalisation projects
Your profile
You bring 2–4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role
You completed a commercial apprenticeship and a further education in IT
You are capable of supporting IT services in complex environments, analyse technical issues efficiently
You have strong analytical skills and strong focus on quality, service excellence, and a client-first mindset
You are approachable, reliable, and enjoy working with people
You communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical users
You hold relevant certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, or ISO or similar
You are proficient in speaking and writing in English and German
