Your main tasks
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for IT infrastructure services (Service Desk)
- Monitor and manage IT systems including computers, servers, networks, and mobile devices
- Deliver IT support at events, both from HQ and on-site
- Maintain and update the hardware and software inventory
- Organise and conduct user trainings on systems and tools
- Create and maintain system documentation and user manuals
- Ensure timely software updates and patching
- Support and actively contribute to ongoing IT projects
Your profile
- You bring 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, completed a commercial apprenticeship and a further education in IT
- You bring solid technical knowledge of computer systems and experience in technical support or system administration
- You are capable of supporting IT services in complex environments
- You are able to analyse and resolve IT infrastructure issues efficiently
- You hold relevant certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, or ISO or similar
- You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, sound decision-making, and a clear focus on quality and service excellence
- You have a proactive, client-first mindset and take pride in delivering reliable and high-standard results
- You are a motivated, open-minded, highly service- oriented, pro-active person with a hands-on mentality
- You are proficient in speaking and writing in English and German
