Who We Are Looking For: 

We are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to make an impact in the sports industry and thrive in a dynamic team environment as a Client Servicing Associate

Your main tasks

• Supporting Client Servicing-Team and dedicated client account management
• Managing the overall relation between sponsors, their agencies, the federations, and other sports assets Infront represent
• Designing sports marketing plans for current sponsors and support their marketing strategies in sport
• Developing new business ideas to the favour of Infront
• Supporting events in relations to all rights, rights-in and rights-out, including regular reporting
• Acquisition of new and existing customers on a small scale; establishment, development, and maintenance of own customer relationships
• Supporting the sales of the other colleagues and the superiors and administrative support
• Negotiating sales contracts and supporting the team in their negotiations with clients
• Preparing and coordinating market research for relevant events and develop innovative sponsoring concept.
• Creating documents and presentations for clients or internal stakeholders, preparing workshops and other client specific assemblies

Your profile

• You have proven experience in client service and account management between 1 - 5 years, preferably in sports marketing or a related industry.
  
• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and a further education (Bachelor or Master degree)
  
• You can work independently and also work collaborative across different teams
  
• You are detail-oriented, a proactive problem solver with a demonstrated willingness to take on responsibility
  
• You have strong client service orientation, building good collaboration to internal and external stakeholders
  
• You are able to support in different projects and deliver complex or multiple projects concurrently
  
• You have excellent communication skills and IT-skills (MS-Office programmes)
  
• You speak fluent Turkish and English; any other languages are a plus
• Only Turkish citizens or candidates with a valid work permit in Turkey are eligible to apply.
